Designing and building an addition could perfectly address a shortcoming of your existing home. Compared to building a new home, an addition is usually a much smaller and more manageable project. You may want more space in your kitchen or added space to create a combination family room/kitchen gathering area. Some clients have elected to build master suites or in-law suites on the ground floor to allow for aging in place. You might need a new home office or a way to accommodate a growing family. We will work with you to develop a thoughtful design that dovetails with your existing home floor plan.

What Does a Room Addition Entail?

The first step with any project is understanding your goals. That discussion will allow us to devise an addition to meet your needs and also complement your existing floor plan. In some cases, the new space is an easy add-on. In other cases, existing spaces need to be modified and renovated to accommodate the addition.
