Demolition of the family room, bathroom, bedroom and porch is complete. Excavation of the footings and foundation is underway and the renovation begins!

The new roof and third floor structure is rising.
Plywood sheathing has been added to the hip roof and perimeter walls. The gable roof rises over the third floor bedroom, bathroom and living space.
Plywood sheathing continues to be added on the roof and exterior walls.
The living room french doors and the primary bathroom windows are installed. The roof also gets synthetic paper layer.
The kitchen box bay window and remaining exterior windows go in.
The house is wrapped and sealed in Typar building wrap and the slate roof installation begins.
The exterior renovation is almost complete featuring a copper roof over the box bay window, cedar clapboard siding, and a slate roof.
The mudroom entryway has taken shape with a gable porch roof and shed dormers on the second floor.
The finished side porch is designed to be as appealing as the home’s formal front entrance.
