We typically provide architectural services as part of an integrated design-build package. You can also choose to hire us for design-only or construction-only services. We have a great deal of experience building based on the designs of outside architectural firms as well, for example, Province Line Road, Lambert Drive and Modern Home on Lake Carnegie, were construction-only projects. Tailoring our services to your needs gives us maximum flexibility to produce the best outcome for you.

How to Start the New Home Building Process

Although the physical construction process may sometimes get the most attention, there are several other important steps involved in building a new home. The first step is the initial consultation, which allows us to learn about your overall vision as well as your specific design and style preferences. We will then move on to the schematic design phase, where we will begin to create rough drawings, floor plans, and other illustrative sketches. As the drawings become more detailed, we are able to provide accurate cost estimates.

Once final drawings are complete we are ready to apply for a building permit and prepare the final construction contract to begin the build phase! During the construction process, our Lead Carpenter is on-site daily to oversee the work and answer any questions you have and to work with you. Once the project is complete and you have fully moved in, we follow-up with post-construction services to ensure you are thrilled in every way with your new home.
