Our Princeton architects were given a fantastic opportunity/challenge to design a 12,000 square foot, state of the art, custom home on this gorgeous lot in the Pretty Brook neighborhood.
The Lasley Brahaney Princeton construction team begins construction! The lot is cleared and the tracking pad is in place.
The pool is being built prior to construction of the house due to the very tight site constraints.
The pool and jacuzzi shell is complete.
The foundation of the home is excavated and the footings are formed.
The concrete footings are poured with rebar reinforcement projecting up for the foundation walls.

The foundation walls have been poured, the forms have been removed, and the walls are partially waterproofed.
The waterproofing is complete and the main support girders for the first floor decking are installed. The steel columns rising out of the foundation will support the second floor deck.
The basement floor is prepped and the waterproofing protection board is installed on the exterior perimeter walls.
We were lucky to get a day break in the rain and the concrete foundation floor is poured!
The forms for the gazebo walls are in and the walls are poured.

The first floor deck is complete and the steel beams and columns are installed to support the second floor.

The sheathing is complete, the ice and watershield is up and the roof underlayment has begun. It is going to be gorgeous.
The French Casement windows are in, the dormer and fascia trim is complete and the slate roof is in process. Next up is the Stucco!
What a difference! The final exterior phase is almost finished with the stucco, exterior molding and black slate roof complete.
