A gorgeous home addition created a large, airy eat-in kitchen with great natural light and a vaulted natural antique pine ceiling.
The kitchen design originated from a collaboration between the homeowner and designer Lauren Borchardt of Mulberry Hill Interiors during a kitchen design class at the Princeton Adult School.
Our Princeton architects went to great lengths to configure the kitchen to add the desired height to the vaulted ceiling while staying within zoning limits.
An extensive search for zebra-like patterns led the team to the bold quartz – Cambria Bentley – featured in the beverage bar nook.
Complementing the quartz counter and backsplash are the black matte fixtures. A custom gothic-like pattern in the cabinet panel adds a unique, personalized touch.
